REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related (Lean Professional Path) 10+ years off lean management experience. Six Sigma Black Belt certified, and Lean Certification preferred. Must be able to flex hours to support 24/7 operations. Expert proficiency in the use and implementation of Lean tools such as: TPS, Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Six Sigma, Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, TAKT, Kanbans/Pull Systems, Single Piece Flow, Seven Wastes, 5s, poka-Yoke, PDCA. Strong project management skills with attention to detail and strong organizational skills. DESCRIPTION:

The Lean Manager will lead the design, development, and implementation of the lean management strategy for the plant in Reynosa, Mexico. This role will deploy the appropriate lean tools to drive meaningful improvements throughout the value stream.

The lean manager is responsible for leading and teaching best lean practices and tools and will establish, track, and publish SKPI's to monito the effectiveness of the lean activities. This role is part of the local management team to share ideas and improve operation, recommending, supporting, and implementing continuous improvement activities and processes in order to optimize results and improve quality of delivery.

The lean manager will ensure and control that the plant maintains operational excellence in its day-to-day operations on continuous improvement and efficiencies gains across the company's products, systems, operations, and processes.

Process Engineering and SMT Maintenance Manager


REQUIREMENTS:

Engineering degree in related field. 5+ years or experience in a management role. Must have experience with: SMT equipment maintenance, PCB electronic manufacturing, reflow soldering process, electronic manufacturing standards, component placement team, TPM, Lean Six Sigma, Root cause analysis, and continuous improvement. Will be responsible to ensure that KPI's are met, supporting in the launching of new programs, update, and maintenance of SMT engineering procedures.

Net Developer


REQUIREMENTS:

Expert SharePoint 2013 developer with 3-5 years of SharePoint experience. Must have experience with out-of-the-box SharePoint functionality as well as with custom solutions and the knowledge of when it's appropriate to use either one. 1-2 years of C# .NET and/or ASP.ET development experience, specifically for SharePoint custom solutions. Good understanding of object-oriented design and development best practices. Experience with web development technologies - i.e. HTMLS, CSS, javascript, jQuery. Familiarity with custom workflows, data integration, dashboards, web parts, content types and SDLC using SharePoint family of technologies. Familiar with Powershell scripting. 1-2 years of experience developing with the client-side object model of SharePoint. The following are desired skills: SharePoint 2013 architecture, administration, and/or governance. SharePoint search, Microsoft team foundation server, experience upgrading from SharePoint 2010 to SharePoint 2013, experience with SharePoint 2013/MVC in an on-premises environment, experience with web services (WCF), REST, and oData would be a plus. Tooling Engineer


REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. 3-year Technologist diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. 2 years minimum experience in an Automotive Manufacturing Environment would be preferred. Excellent interpersonal skills. The role requires working with all disciplines within Auto systems as well as external suppliers. Ability to communicate technically to various departments within the organization and to external suppliers. Proficient with Microsoft Office and AutoCAD or similar design software. Proficient reading design drawings and blueprints, including a basic knowledge of GD&T. Able to work flexible work hours, including unscheduled overtime when necessary.

DESCRIPTION:

Manage the quoting, design, and manufacture of assigned new moulds, End of Arm Tools, and coating/metalizing tooling. Manage outsourced and in-house engineering changes, including quoting, internal approvals, and coordination of timing plan. Provide daily operational support for any tool related issues and track those repairs or modifications are being completed in a timely manner. Support all trials until the tooling has been approved by production through our PTR process. This includes helping to develop a baseline and supplying all relevant information such as moulding material processing sheets, mould flow results, etc. Attend all PDT meetings and manufacturing reviews specific to your assigned programs. Maintain complete issues lists for each mould. EOAT,fixture, etc., that falls under your responsibility. Help develop and maintain our mould build standards, EOAT standards, metallization tooling standards, and hard coat/antifog tooling standards. Trach and implement cost savings as per established targets. Actively pursuue opportunities and reduce cost and cycle times. Work with design and manufacturing engineering to ensure new product designs are optimized for the production floor and that designs allow for robust tooling and processes. Travel to the tooling suppliers to review build status during manufacture and attend trials. Develop and implement all required work instructions for degating, packaging, coating, and any specialized piece of equipment required for any of our programs. All other duties as assigned.

Ability to create strategies to maintain required levels of inventory and keep freight costs under control. Experience in commodity risk assessment and market dynamics.
